摘要
目的 探讨口腔运动干预联合音乐疗法在早产儿中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年8月至2023年8月我院接收的90例早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施口腔运动干预联合音乐疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的管饲喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间及住院时间短于对照组,开始经口喂养效率、完全经口喂养效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的早产儿准备经口喂养评估(PIOFRA)各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的新生儿神经行为测定量表(NBNA)评分、体重、头围、身长高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿的家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔运动干预联合音乐疗法可促进早产儿经口喂养,提高经口喂养效率、发育效果及家属对护理的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of oral exercise intervention combined with music therapy in premature infants.Methods A total of 90 premature infants received in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.The premature infants were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given oral exercise intervention combined with music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The tube feeding time,complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the oral feeding efficiency and complete oral feeding efficiency were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Preterm Infant Oral Feeding Readiness Assessment(PIOFRA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)score,body weight,head circumference and body length of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of premature infants in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral exercise intervention combined with music therapy can promote oral feeding of premature infants,improve oral feeding efficiency,development effect and family satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
