雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对农田害鼠的防治效果 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】为进一步评估生物(植物源)灭鼠剂0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对农田害鼠的防控效果,筛选适用于贵州省农田害鼠防治的新产品。【方法】设试验药剂区、对照药剂区和空白对照区3个处理区,采用一次性饱和投饵法投药,投饵方式为毒饵站投饵和裸露投饵相结合,采用夹夜法调查灭鼠前后鼠密度,统计害鼠怀孕率及胎仔数,调查饵料取食情况,观察鼠类适口性和安全性。【结果】0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂在投药后30 d、60 d、90 d的控制效果分别为64.34%、77.65%、68.91%,以投药后60 d控制效果为最好;对雌鼠怀孕具有一定的控制效果;5 d平均盗食量率、盗食率分别为10.45%和50.00%,适口性较好,对非靶标生物及人、畜禽安全。【结论】0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂可作为贵州省农田灭鼠的替代杀鼠剂进行推广应用。 [Objective]This study was conducted to further evaluate the control effect of biological(plant-derived)rodenticide 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules on farmland rodents,and to screen new products suitable for farmland rodent control in Guizhou Province.[Method]Three treatment areas were set up in the experiment,namely,experimental reagent area,control reagent area and blank control area.One-time saturated feeding method was used.The feeding method was a combination of poison bait station feeding and bare feeding.The density of rats before and after deratization was investigated by the night trapping method,the pregnancy rate and litter size of rats were counted,the feeding situation was investigated,and the palatability and safety of rats were observed.[Result]The control effects of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules were 64.34%,77.65%and 68.91%at 30,60 and 90 days after administration,respectively,with the best control effect at 60 days after the administration.It had a certain control effect on the pregnancy of female rats,After 5 days,the average theft rate and the stealing rate were 10.45%and 50.00%respectively,which was palatable and safe for non-target organisms,people and livestock.[Conclusion]0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules can be used as a substitute rodenticide for farmland rodents in Guizhou Province.
