摘要
就业能力是大学生成功迈入职场的关键,是保障其职业发展和未来竞争力的重要因素。职业生涯规划理念下大学生就业能力的提升要找准学生的职业方向,明确学生的发展路径;依据所确定的职业目标进行专业技能和通用能力的锻炼,积极发挥校内外教育资源的优势,充分拓展学生的成长空间;基于就业市场的动态性和个人成长的不确定性,建立定期的职业规划回顾与调整机制,灵活调整策略,确保学生职业发展的连续性和有效性。
Employability is the key to college students'successful entry into the workplace and an important factor in ensuring their career development and future competitiveness.Under the concept of career planning,the improvement of college students'employability requires identifying their career direction,clarifying their development path,exercising their professional skills and general abilities based on the determined career goals,actively leveraging the advantages of on campus and off campus educational resources,fully expanding their growth space,establishing a regular career planning review and adjustment mechanism based on the dynamics of the job market and the uncertainty of personal growth,flexibly adjusting strategies,and ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of students’career development.
