摘要
与金属蒸发器相比,全塑蒸发器具有优异的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性、良好的散热效果、节能环保易于安装、应用领域广泛、安全性较高等优点。为此,提出了PVDF全塑蒸发器替代金属蒸发器。在全塑蒸发器中,PVDF微孔膜作为分布器,PVDF毛细换热管作为传热介质。为了提高蒸发器的传热性能,设计了四种不同结构的全塑料蒸发器,包括叉排排列、顺排排列、叉排间隔排列、顺排间隔排列全塑蒸发器进行比较分析。研究结果表明,顺排排列全塑蒸发器的总换热系数(THTC)、蒸发水量(EWY)和获得输出比(GOR)明显高于叉排排列蒸发器。其中,全塑蒸发器的THTC从1040 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1)增加到1479 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1),EWY从1.86 kg·h^(-1)增加到2.86 kg·h^(-1),GOR从0.74增加到0.83。最后,采用3.0%(质量分数)NaCl溶液进料,全面考察了冷进料液质量流量和温度对排列间隔布置全塑蒸发器EWY和GOR的影响。实验结果清楚地表明,随着进料温度和质量流量的升高,蒸发器的EWY和GOR有显著的升高。更重要的是,应用于海水淡化可以比传统的金属材料更耐腐蚀。
In contrast to metal,plastic is featured by multiple advantages such as more superior corrosion resistance,anti-fouling performance,favourable chemical stability,affordable expense,light weight,high flling density.On that account,an all-plastic evaporator from PVDF is put forth to substitute the metal evaporator.In the all-plastic evaporator,PVDF microporous membranes act as distributor,while PVDF capillary heat-exchanger tubes function as heat transfer medium.In an effort to better the heat transfer performance,all-plastic evaporators with four dissimilar structures were designed including staggered arrangement,aligned arrangement,staggered interval arrangement,and aligned interval arrangement.As evidently demonstrated bythe research findings,the total heat transfer coefficient(THTC),evaporated water yield(EWY),and gained output ratio(COR)of the aligned arrangement evaporator are conspicuouslyhigher than those of the staggered arrangement evaporator.To be specific,the THTC of the all-plastic evaporator augments from 1040 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1)to 1479 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1),while the EWY augments from 1.86 kg·h^(-1)to 2.86 kg·h^(-1),and the GOR rises from 0.74 to 0.83.Last but not least,an all-round investigation was conducted to probe deep into the influence of the mass flow rate and the temperature of the cold feed solution on the EWY and COR of the all-plastic evaporators with aligned interval arrangement by adopting 3.0%NaCl solution feed.As clearly illustrated by the experimental findings,the EWY and GOR of the evaporator exhibit a striking elevation with the heightening feed temperature and mass flow rate.More importantly,the application to seawater desalination can be more resistant to corrosion than traditional metal materials.
