摘要
该文研究了在“双碳”目标背景下,以成都市为例的新能源网约车和巡游出租车的环境效益和微观效益,发现通过推广纯电动车辆,成都市显著降低了交通领域的碳排放,预计到2025年全年纯电巡游出租车将减排23.27万吨二氧化碳。电动出租车几乎不产生直接的污染物排放,有助于改善城市空气质量,减少噪音污染,并降低城市热岛效应。微观效益方面,电动出租车的运营成本较低,续航里程和充电效率的提升减少了司机的充电续航焦虑,充电基础设施的完善为电动出租车的普及提供了便利。此外,新能源出租车提供了更舒适、安静的乘坐体验,提升了乘客满意度,为其他超大和特大城市的交通低碳转型提供了有益的借鉴和启示。
This paper studies the environmental and micro-benefits of new energy ride-hailing vehicles and cruising taxis in Chengdu under the background of the"dual carbon"goal.It is found that by promoting pure electric vehicles,Chengdu has significantly reduced carbon emissions in the transportation sector.It is estimated that by 2025,pure electric cruising taxis will reduce 232,700 tons of carbon dioxide emissions throughout the year.Electric taxis generate almost no direct pollutant emissions,which helps improve urban air quality,reduce noise pollution and mitigate the urban heat island effect.In terms of micro-benefits,the operating costs of electric taxis are relatively low.The improvement in driving range and charging efficiency reduces drivers'anxiety about charging and driving range.The improvement of charging infrastructure provides convenience for the popularization of electric taxis.In addition,new energy taxis offer a more comfortable and quieter riding experience,enhancing passenger satisfaction and providing valuable references and inspirations for the low-carbon transformation of transportation in other megacities and super-large cities.
