摘要
本文分析了油田采出水中污染组分的赋存状态(形态、颗粒大小等),评估了所选用的聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)三种絮凝剂预处理废水,以及陶瓷膜处理废水的分离性能。结果表明,絮凝剂预处理实验中,m_(总)∶m_(絮凝剂)=1∶2,絮凝剂处理模拟废水的反应时间为2 h时,PFS的去除效果最佳,化学需氧量(COD)去除率为42.13%。膜分离最优的条件为:温度25℃、压力0.1 MPa、污染物浓度1 g/L。经过陶瓷膜过滤后,出水水质含油量≤6 mg/L、悬浮物颗粒直径中值≤2μm、悬浮固体含量<1.5 mg/L。
The occurrence state(form,particle size,etc.)of the polluted components in oilfield produced water were analyzed.The separation performance of the wastewater treated with polyaluminum chloride(PAC),polyferric sulfate(PFS)and polyacrylamide(PAM)and the wastewater treated with ceramic membrane were evaluated.The results show that in the flocculant pretreatment experiment,when the m_(total):m_(flocculant)=1:2 and the reaction time of flocculant treatment simulated wastewater is 2 hrs.,the removal effect of PFS is the best,and the removal rate of COD is 42.13%.The optimal membrane separation conditions are as follows:temperature 25℃,pressure O.1 MPa,pollutant concentration 1 g/L.After ceramic membrane filtration,the oil content of effluent water is≤6 mg/L,the median diameter of suspended solids is≤2μm,and the suspended solids content is<1.5 mg/L.
