摘要
以ER4047为填充材料激光焊接6061铝合金板材,研究焊接热输入量(32 J/mm、40 J/mm、48J/mm)对焊缝成形性、显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着焊接热输入量的增加,焊缝宽度和焊缝背宽比RW均增加,其中热输入量为48 J/mm时焊缝背宽比接近于1,接头成形性和力学性能更好。根据EBSD分析结果,焊缝主要由等轴晶和具有({001}<100>)强织构的柱状晶所组成,其中焊接热输入量为40 J/mm时柱状晶体积分数最大,热输入量为48 J/mm时等轴晶体积分数最大。
The effect of welding heat input(32 J/mm,40 J/mm,48 J/mm)on weld formation,microstructure,and mechanical properties was investigated using ER4047 as the filler material for laser welding of 6061 aluminum alloy sheets.The results indicate that as the welding heat input increases,both the weld width and the weld width ratio RW increase.When the heat input reaches 48 J/mm,the weld width ratio approaches 1,resulting in better joint formation and mechanical properties.According to the EBSD analysis,the weld is primarily composed of equiaxed grains and columnar grains with a strong({001}<100>)texture.The volume fraction of columnar grains is the highest at a heat input of 40 J/mm,while the volume fraction of equiaxed grains is the highest at a heat input of 48 J/mm.
