浇注过热度对脉冲磁致振荡细晶效果的影响

摘要 浇注过热度直接影响金属凝固组织,一直是冶金和铸造工作者关注的重要工艺参数。脉冲磁致振荡凝固均质化技术通过振荡激发形核细化凝固组织,已经在生产实践中得到成功的应用。文中研究浇注过热度(40℃、90℃、140℃)对脉冲磁致振荡细晶效果的影响,探讨应用PMO技术放宽浇注过热度的可能性。研究结果表明:PMO处理条件下,较高的浇注过热度延长了PMO处理时间,有利于PMO促进金属熔体形核数量的增加,因此不同过热度凝固组织晶粒尺寸均得到显著细化,证明该技术具有良好的宽窗口过热温度适用性。 Pulsed magneto-oscillation solidification homogenization technology is mainly used in the nucleation stage of metal solidification,and the number of primary nucleation is increased by oscillation excitation nucleation and the grain refinement of solidification structure is realized.In this paper,the effect of PMO on refining the solidification structure of pure aluminum at different superheated temperatures(40℃、90℃、140℃)was studied.It was found that after applying PMO treatment,the cooling rate of the mold melt center in the nucleation stage of solidification process increased,the cooling degree of nucleation increased,the grain growth time was extended in the growth stage,and the grain size of the solidification structure was significantly refined under different superheated temperatures.It is proved that the technique has good wide window superheated temperature applicability.
