摘要
HAZOP(危险与可操作性分析)方法通过结构化和系统化的方式,结合各领域专家知识和经验,对工艺流程进行详细分析,以发现潜在的安全隐患,并提出相应的改进措施,具有系统性、全面性和灵活性的优势。本文将HAZOP方法应用于天然气制甲醇装置的风险辨识和风险分析,评估了保护措施的效果,并基于可接受风险水平提出了新措施,进一步提高了天然气制甲醇装置的工艺安全性。
The HAZOP method makes a detailed analysis of the process in a structured and systematic way,combined with the knowledge and experience of experts in various fields,identify potential safety hazards,and propose corresponding improvement measures.It has the advantages of systematic,comprehensiveness,and flexibility.The paper applies the HAZOP method to risk identification and analysis of Natural gas for methanol production plant,evaluates the effectiveness of protective measures,and proposes new measures based on acceptable risk levels to further improve the process safety of Natural gas for methanol production plant.
