摘要
双碳目标下,低碳生产与绿色发展已经成为高耗能企业的共识。综合能源系统以电力为核心,可以有效融合新能源,有助于企业降碳增效。为了提升综合能源系统运行调度的智能化水平,增强预见能力,从系统的角度引入态势感知技术,完成了综合能源系统态势感知架构的设计,提出了一种综合能源系统通用的网络化能源运行案例的定义方法,并采用案例推理的方法对态势觉察、态势理解、态势预测3个过程进行重构,建立运行态势预警和智能决策分析系统,为提高综合能源管控水平提供了有益的尝试。
Under the“dual carbon”goals,low-carbon production and green development have become a shared commitment among high energy-consuming enterprises.Centered around electricity,integrated energy systems(IES)enable the efficient incorporation of renewable energy,thereby helping enterprises reduce carbon emissions and enhance operational efficiency.To improve the intelligence of IES operation and dispatching,and to strengthen their predictive capabilities,this paper introduces situation awareness(SA)technology from a systems perspective.It designs a dedicated SA framework for IES,proposes a general method for defining networked energy operation scenarios,and reconstructs the processes of situation perception,comprehension,and projection using case-based reasoning(CBR).An early warning and intelligent decision-making system is established,providing a promising approach to improving the level of integrated energy management and control.
