摘要
为了提高调速器系统的可靠性和安全性,隔河岩水电厂三号机组在A修时,选用了主配压阀与事故配压阀一体阀,简化了液压系统的结构,检修与操作更便捷。安装后机组甩负荷试验表明:主配压阀与事故配压阀一体阀的速动性、灵敏性好,动作安全可靠,极大地提高了机组运行的安全稳定性。
In order to improve the reliability and safety of the governor system,an integrated valve which combines the main distributing valve and the emergency distributing valve is adopted in the Level-A maintenance of the No.3 unit in Geheyan Hydropower Plant.The integrated valve simplifies the structure of the hydraulic system and is thus of more convenient maintenance and operation performance.The load rejection test of the unit after the renovation shows that the integrated valve is of good speediness and sensitivity,and safe and reliable action.It greatly improves the operation safety and stability of the unit.
