微重力条件下超高纯铝凝固与杂质偏析机理研究

Study on the Solidification and Impurity Segregation Mechanism of Ultra-high-purity Aluminum under Microgravity Conditions

摘要 本文旨在利用中国空间站梦天实验舱中的高温材料实验柜研究微重力条件下超高纯铝凝固过程中杂质元素再分配的动力学机理及凝固缺陷。以Al-Si-V合金为例,本文对合金样品在微重力及重力条件下定向凝固后的组织和元素分布差异进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,与地面实验结果相比,微重力条件下样品凝固后缺陷分布均匀,残余应力小,且杂质元素分布与地面凝固后的杂质元素分布呈现明显差异。 This study aims to investigate defects and impurity element distribution during the solidification of ultra-high purity aluminum under microgravity conditions.Taking Al-Si-V alloy as an example,this article compares and analyzes the differences in microstructure and element distribution of alloy samples after directional solidification under microgravity and gravity conditions.The results indicate that,compared to ground-based experiments,the samples solidified under microgravity conditions exhibit more uniform defects,lower solidification stress,and significant differences in impurity element distribution.This study provides a theoretical basis for the purification process of high-purity aluminum under microgravity and offers preliminary insights into the space manufacturing of high-purity aluminum materials.
