微生物发酵饲料对肉牛生长性能、养分消化率、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Microbial Fermented Feed on Growth Performance,Apparent Digestibility of Nutrients,and Serum Biochemical and Antioxidant Indexes of Beef Cattle

摘要 研究旨在探究微生物发酵饲料对肉牛生长性能、养分消化率、血清生化指标及抗氧化指标的影响。选取体重相近[(327±31) kg]、日龄相近的30头肉牛作为试验动物,随机分为5组,分别为对照组(肉牛基础饲粮)、A组(45%发酵饲料添加量饲粮)、B组(50%发酵饲料添加量饲粮)、C组(55%发酵饲料添加量饲粮)、D组(肉牛基础饲粮+1%微生物培养基),每组6个平行,自由采食。预试期14 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:添加发酵饲料和1%微生物培养基可显著提升平均日增重(P<0.05)。对照组料重比显著高于A组、B组、C组(P<0.05);对照组有机物(OM)消化率显著低于B组、C组(P<0.05),CP消化率显著低于B组、C组及D组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率显著低于A组、B组、C组及D组(P<0.05);饲粮添加发酵饲料对肉牛血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮添加发酵饲料可显著提高总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),但对丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,使用发酵饲料替代基础饲粮,可提高肉牛的日增重并降低料重比,增加养分消化率,提高肉牛抗氧化性能,其中以添加50%发酵饲料为宜。 The study aimed to explore the effects of microbial fermented feed on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant indices of beef cattle.Thirty beef cattle with similar body weights[(327±31)kg]and similar ages were selected as experimental animals and ran-domly divided into five groups,namely the control group(beef cattle basal diet),group A(diet with 45%fer-mented feed added),group B(diet with 50%fermented feed added),group C(diet with 55%fermented feed added),and group D(beef cattle basal diet+1%microbial culture medium).Each group had six replicates,and the cattle were allowed ad libitum feeding.The pre-experiment period was 14 days,and the formal experiment period was 30 days.The results showed that the addition of fermented feed and 1%microbial culture medium could significantly increase the average daily gain(P<0.05).The feed-to-gain ratio of the control group was significantly higher than that in group A,group B,group C(P<0.05);the digestibility of organic matter(OM)in the control group was significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05),the digestibility of crude protein(CP)was significantly lower than that in group B,group C and group D(P<0.05),and the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)was significantly lower than that in group A,group B,group C and group D(P<0.05);the addition of fermented feed to the diet had no significant effect on the serum biochemical indices of beef cattle(P>0.05);the addition of fer-mented feed to the diet could significantly increase the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.05),but had no effect on the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)(P>0.05).It can be seen that replacing the basal diet with fermented feed can increase the daily gain of beef cattle,reduce the feed-to-gain ratio,increase nutrient digestibility and improve the antioxidant performance of beef cattle.It is advisable to add 50%fermented feed.
