摘要
在新时代高校思想政治工作深化改革的背景下,中共中央、国务院明确提出“三全育人”教育理念,对高校育人体系提出系统性重构要求。文章基于“全员、全程、全方位育人”框架,系统考察了平顶山学院图书馆在专业育人、文化育人、协同育人等维度的实践;分析了高校图书馆资源配置离散化、育人理念滞后、跨部门协同机制缺失等问题;提出了通过思维模式革新构建育人格局、依托服务模式转型强化育人渗透力、借助建设模式升级实现资源立体化整合、重构评价模式建立动态反馈机制等育人策略。
Under the background of deepening reform in ideological and political education within higher education institutions in the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have proposed the“Three Comprehensive Education”,which demands systematic restructuring of the collegiate education system.Based on the“Three Comprehensives”framework,this study investigates the educational practices of Pingdingshan University Library across professional cultivation,cultural enlightenment,and collaborative education.It identifies prevalent issues in university libraries,including fragmented resource allocation,outdated educational concepts,and deficient interdepartmental coordination mechanisms.To address these challenges,it explores strategies for service education in university libraries by proposing shifts in thinking,service models,construction approaches,and evaluation systems.
