摘要
民营经济在促进就业、推动创新和优化产业结构等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,由于起点较低,民营中小企业在发展新质生产力的过程中面临诸多问题和挑战。文章从资金、人才和信息受限3个维度出发,构建了高校图书馆助力中小企业发展新质生产力的框架,以此为基础提出了多种支持路径,旨在为促进民营中小企业新质生产力的发展贡献高等教育的智慧和力量。
The private economy plays an important role in promoting employment,driving innovation,and optimizing industrial structure.However,due to their low starting point,private small and medium-sized enterprises face many problems and challenges in the process of developing new quality productive forces.This article constructs a framework for university libraries to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in developing new quality productive forces from three dimensions:funding,talent,and information limitations.Based on this,multiple support paths are proposed,aiming to contribute the wisdom and strength of higher education to promote the development of new quality productive forces in private small and medium-sized enterprises.
