摘要
地方高校学科建设面临平台薄弱、定位模糊、人才短缺及科研基础不足等共性问题,削弱了其对区域经济社会发展的支撑效能。文章在对地方高校面临的困境与挑战以及“双一流”建设与产业升级发展等机遇进行深入分析的基础上,提出了优化学科布局、夯实学科基础等提升学科实力的有效路径。以中原工学院为例,介绍了其在学科建设中突出电子信息特色,强化师资引育与科研创新,显著提升学科实力与区域服务能力等实践做法。研究表明,地方高校应以区域需求为导向,优化资源配置培育特色学科,构建“学科—产业—区域”协同机制;提升地方高校的学科建设水平,有助于推动高等教育现代化,促进区域经济社会发展。
Local universities face common challenges in discipline construction,including weak platforms,ambiguous positioning,talent shortages,and insufficient research foundations,which constrain their effectiveness in serving regional economic and social development.Based on an in-depth analysis of these dilemmas,challenges,and opportunities such as the“Double First-Class”initiative and industrial upgrading,this study proposes pathways to enhance academic strength,such as optimizing discipline layout,consolidating disciplinary foundations,and fostering interdisciplinary integration.Taking Zhongyuan University of Technology as an example,the paper highlights its practices in emphasizing electronic information disciplines,strengthening faculty recruitment and research innovation,and significantly improving academic capabilities and regional service effectiveness.The research indicates that local universities should align with regional demands,integrate resources to cultivate characteristic disciplines,and establish a collaborative“discipline-industry-region”mechanism.Enhancing discipline construction in local universities contributes to advancing higher education modernization and promoting regional socio-economic development.
