摘要
建设大型仪器共享平台是争创“双一流”背景下高等院校提升科研实力的重要手段,而做好实验室安全工作是共享平台稳定运行的立足之本。文章以温州医科大学为例阐述了该校大型仪器共享平台在安全管理方面面临的挑战,从强化基础设施建设、引入智能设备、建立高效巡查机制、创新开放共享模式、培养专业技术队伍、营造文化氛围六个维度总结了该校平台进行的探索和改善举措,以期为其他高校大型仪器开放共享工作提供有益参考。
The construction of large-scale instrument sharing platforms is an essential means for universities to enhance their scientific research capabilities in the context of striving for“Double First-Class”status.Ensuring laboratory safety is fundamental to the stable operation of these platforms.This paper takes Wenzhou Medical University as a case study to illustrate the challenges faced by its large-scale instrument sharing platform in terms of safety management.It summarizes the improvement measures implemented by the platform from six key aspects:strengthening infrastructure construction,introducing intelligent equipment,establishing efficient inspection mechanisms,exploring innovative and open modes,cultivating a professional technical workforce,and fostering a cultural atmosphere.The aim is to provide useful reference for those involved in the open sharing of large instruments at other universities.
