摘要
随着新质生产力理念的兴起,数字科技与首发经济成为提高我国实体经济发展的重要驱动力。文章基于数字科技—首发经济双重驱动模型的理论架构,充分肯定数字科技在赋能产业升级和优化产业结构中的关键作用,突出首发经济引领高质量发展的先发优势。但目前关于数字科技与首发经济协同效应和动态机制的研究仍有不足。为此,文章构建数字科技—首发经济协同发展理论模型,提出产业链联动、资源整合、价值增值和创新驱动等协同机制,且从技术、市场与综合协同三个维度设计实践路径。通过新能源汽车、高端制造业等案例,分析并验证前述理论提出的技术赋能以及拓展市场的具体方式。研究结果表明,数字科技与首发经济融合可以有效提升产业链协同性,助力技术成果快速商业化、产业化。最后,为提升我国实体经济可持续发展能力,文章还提出进一步完善数字基础设施、支持首发经济创新、加强跨行业联动合作三大建议。
With the rise of the concept of new quality productive forces,digital technology and debut economy have become important driving forces for promoting the development of China's real economy.Based on the theoretical framework of the dual-driven model of"digital technology-debut economy",this article fully affirms the key role of digital technology in empowering industrial upgrading and optimizing the industrial structure,highlighting the first-mover advantage of the debut economy in leading the high-quality development of the market.However,at present,existing research remains insufficient regarding the synergy effect and dynamic mechanism between digital technology and debut economy.Thus,this article constructs a theoretical model for the coordinated development of digital technology and debut economy,proposes collaborative mechanisms such as industrial chain linkage,resource integration,value addition,and innovation-driven,and designs practical paths from three dimensions of technology,market,and comprehensive synergy.Through cases such as new energy vehicles and high-end manufacturing,this article analyzes and verifies the specific ways of technological empowerment and market expansion proposed by the above-mentioned theories.The research results show that the integration of digital technology and debut economy can effectively enhance the synergy of the industrial chain and facilitate the rapid commercialization and industrialization of technological achievements.Finally,to enhance the sustainable development capacity of China's real economy,the article also puts forward three suggestions as follows:further improving digital infrastructure,supporting the innovation of debut economy,and strengthening cross-industry linkage and cooperation.
