塔里木河中游胡杨林生态系统碳通量与水分利用效率分析

Carbon flux and water use efficiency in a Populus euphratica forest ecosystem in the middle reaches of the Tarim River

摘要 以塔里木河中游胡杨林生态系统为研究对象,利用涡度相关通量监测系统,结合气象数据,分析生长季(3—10月)胡杨林碳通量与水分利用效率变化特征及其与环境因子的响应关系。结果表明,塔里木河中游胡杨林生态系统在生长季表现为“碳汇”,生态系统总初级生产力(GPP)、生态系统呼吸(ER)、生态系统碳生产力(NEP)累积量分别为845.74、527.92、317.82 g·m^(-2);净生态系统碳交换量(NEE)日变化呈“U”字形,碳汇时长在6月达到12 h。在日平均尺度上,GPP、NEP均与光合有效辐射(PAR)呈极显著正相关(P<0.001),与空气温度(TA)间相关性随着监测层次的升高而降低,与土壤温度(TS)呈极显著负相关(P<0.001);ER与TA呈极显著正相关(P<0.001),与土壤含水量(SWC)呈极显著负相关(P<0.001)。胡杨林平均水分利用效率(WUE)为1.36 mg·g^(-1),蒸散发量(ET)约为630 mm。生长季WUE日变化相对平缓,3、4、5、10月WUE值高于6—9月,且表现出较大波动幅度。ET、TA、TS是WUE的主要影响因子。 This study used eddy covariance and meteorological data to analyze the carbon flux and water use efficiency(WUE)in a Populus euphratica forest ecosystem in the middle reaches of the Tarim River during the growing season(March to October).Furthermore,the relationships of environmental factors with carbon flux and WUE were analyzed.The results showed that the P.euphratica forest ecosystem in the middle reaches of the Tarim River acted as a"carbon sink"during the growing season,with the cumulative totals of gross primary productivity(GPP),ecosystem respiration(ER),and net ecosystem productivity(NEP)being 845.74,527.92,and 317.82 g·m^(-2),respectively.The daily variation of net ecosystem exchange(NEE)during the growing season showed a“U”shape,and the carbon sink time of NEE reached 12 h in June.On the daily mean scale,both GPP and NEP showed positive correlations with photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)(P<0.001).Their correlations with air temperature(TA)gradually weakened as the monitoring height increased.In contrast,negative correlations with soil temperature(TS)were observed(P<0.001).ER was positively correlated with TA(P<0.001)but negatively correlated with soil water content(SWC)(P<0.001).The average WUE of the P.euphratica forest was 1.36 mg·g^(-1),with the evapotranspiration(ET)of approximately 630 mm.The WUE during the growing season showcased relatively stable daily variations,with higher values and greater fluctuations observed in March,April,May,and October than in June to September.ET,TA,and TS were identified as the main influencing factors of WUE.
