摘要
为揭示蒙椴种群在群落中的动态变化及暖温带落叶阔叶林的演替机制,在蒙椴集中分布的北京市四座楼自然保护区设置1块100 m×100 m的固定样地,通过计算物种多样性指数、方差比率(R_(V)),用χ^(2)检验、联结系数(C_(a))检验、Pearson相关检验、Spearman秩相关检验及M.Godron稳定性等方法,对蒙椴群落的物种多样性、种间联结和相关性以及群落稳定性进行研究。结果表明:蒙椴群落中,乔木层与草本层单一物种优势明显,灌木层物种多样性较高,乔木层、灌木层物种分布较草本层更均匀;27个优势物种间总体联结呈现显著正联结(P<0.05);正联结与正相关的显著率均高于负联结与负相关的显著率,但种间关联较松散且相关性仍较弱;群落整体稳定性较差(欧式距离为20.06),群落不同层次的稳定性表现为草本层>乔木层>灌木层。北京市四座楼自然保护区的蒙椴群落处于不稳定状态,但具有向与该地区环境条件相适应的稳定阶段发展的趋势。
To reveal the dynamic changes of Tilia mongolica population in the community and the succession mechanism of warm temperate deciduous broad leaved forest,a fixed plot of 100 m×100 m was established in Beijing Sizuolou Nature Reserve with concentrated distribution of T.mongolica.The species diversity,species associations and correlations,and community stability of the T.mongolica forest were studied by calculation ofαdiversity indexes and variance ratio(R_(V)),chi-square test,association coefficient(C_(a))test,Pearson′s correlation coefficient test,Spearman′s rank correlation coefficient test,and M.Godron stability analysis.The results showed that the arbor layer and herb layer in the T.mongolica forest demonstrated obvious dominant species.The shrub layer had higher species diversity,and the arbor layer and shrub layer had more even species distribution.The overall association among 27 dominant species in the community was positive(P<0.05).The significantly positive associations and positive correlations of species pairs were more than significantly negative associations and negative correlations.However,the species associations were loose,and the correlations were weak.The whole community was in an unstable state(Euclidean distance of 20.06),and the stability of different layers in the community was the highest in the herb layer,moderate in the arbor layer,and the lowest in the shrub layer.In conclusion,the T.mongolica community in the Sizuolou Nature Reserve is in an unstable state,while it shows a tendency to develop towards a stable community adaptive to the environmental conditions in this area.
