摘要
针对大型糖厂功能需求复杂、多专业协同效率低、设计变更频繁等痛点,探索建筑信息模型(BIM)正向设计在糖厂设计中的应用与实操,以提供数字化协同设计新模式。通过构建正向设计全流程技术体系,提出基于“模型驱动、数据联动”的正向设计实施方案,建立工艺与建筑工程双平台协同设计模式,开发跨软件模型互导与数据互通技术,制定“建模-提资-协同-出图”的标准化流程,得到模型驱动图纸、图纸联动量单的设计成果,实现设计过程的数字化、协同化和智能化。研究成果不仅为制糖项目提供数字化协同设计新模式,也为BIM正向设计在其他工业领域的应用提供参考和借鉴。
This paper focuses on exploring the practical applications and operation of BIM forward design in large-scale sugar mill to solve complex functional requirements,low collaborative efficiency among multiple specialties,and frequent design changes,which provide a new model for digital collaborative design.By constructing a full-process technical system,a BIM forward design implementation strategy based on“model-driven and data-linked”is proposed to establish a collaborative design mode between the process and architectural engineering platforms,develop technologies for mutual model import and data intercommunication across software,formulate a standardized process of“modeling-providing information-collaboration-drawing”,and obtain a series of design achievements of model-driven drawings and drawings linked to quantity bills,realizing the digitization,collaboration,and intelligence of the design process.The results not only provide a novel mode of digital collaborative design for sugar-making projects,but also offer a reference for the practical applications of BIM forward design in other industrial fields.
