叶面喷施5-氨基乙酰丙酸对甘蔗生长、产量和糖分的影响

Effects of Foliar Spraying 5-Aminolevulinic Acid on the Growth,Yield and Sugar Content of Sugarcane

摘要 为了进一步探究叶面喷施不同浓度5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)对甘蔗生长指标、产量及糖分的影响,明确不同浓度处理的效果差异,本文以甘蔗品种桂糖55号为试验材料,设置100mg/L(T1)、50mg/L(T2)的5-ALA叶面喷施处理组,以清水喷施作为对照组(CK),分别于喷施后30、60天测定株高、茎径、糖分,收获期测定小区产量并折算公顷产量。T1、T2组在喷施30和60天后,株高、茎径、糖分增长率均显著高于CK。其中,T1处理对株高和糖分的促进效果更显著,T2处理对茎径的提升作用更明显。T1组产量较CK增长34.57%,显示出显著的增产效果。因此,叶面喷施一定浓度的5-ALA可显著改善甘蔗的生长指标从而提高产量,且不同浓度处理效果存在一定的差异。本研究为5-ALA在甘蔗栽培中的应用提供了理论支持,但5-ALA对甘蔗糖分代谢的调控机制及其在不同品种、不同生长阶段的应用效果仍需进一步研究。 To further explore the effects of foliar spraying different concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA)on the growth indices,yield and sugar content of sugarcane,clarify the differences in the effects of different concentration treatments,this paper took the sugarcane variety Guitang55 as the experimental material.Treatment groups with foliar spraying of 5-ALA at concentrations of 100 mg/L(T1)and 50 mg/L(T2)were set up,and spraying with clear water was used as the control(CK).The plant height,stem diameter,and sugar content were measured 30 and 60 days after spraying,respectively,and the plot yield was measured during the harvest period and converted into the yield per hectare.After 30 and 60 days of spraying,the growth rates of plant height,stem diameter,and sugar content in the T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than those in the CK.Among them,the T1 treatment had a more significant promoting effect on plant height and sugar content,while the T2 treatment had a more obvious effect on increasing the stem diameter.The yield of the T1 group increased by 34.57%compared with that of the CK,showing a significant yield-increasing effect.Therefore,foliar spraying of 5-ALA at a certain concentration can significantly improve the growth indices of sugarcane and thus increase the yield,and there are certain differences in the effects of different concentration treatments.This study provides theoretical support for the application of 5-ALA in sugarcane cultivation.However,the regulatory mechanism of 5-ALA on sugar metabolism in sugarcane,as well as its application effects on different varieties and at different growth stages,still need further research.
