摘要
近年来我国头颈部、胸部恶性肿瘤发病率呈上升趋势,放疗作为其主要治疗方式之一,应用广泛[1]。放射性食管炎是头颈部、胸部恶性肿瘤放疗后常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量和长期生存率。针对放射性食管炎采取有效的防治措施可以极大减轻患者痛苦,提高患者对治疗的耐受性,延长生存期。本文对放射性食管炎的中西医治疗研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,the incidence rate of head and neck and chest malignant tumors in China is on the rise.As one of the main treatment methods,radiotherapy is widely used.Radiation esophagitis is a common complication of radiotherapy for malignant tumors in the head,neck and chest,which seriously affects the quality of life and long-term survival rate of patients.Effective prevention and treatment measures for radiation esophagitis can greatly alleviate patients’pain,improve their tolerance to treatment and prolong their survival.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for radiation esophagitis.
