被动式超低能耗建筑的发展趋势及应用研究

摘要 被动式超低能耗建筑作为一种创新的建筑模式,在运营阶段显著降低了化石能源的消耗,同时减少了供电和供暖需求,有效控制了污染物排放,已成为建筑发展的新方向。本文主要介绍了我国被动式超低能耗建筑的发展现状、核心优势、目前存在的问题及发展趋势,并对北京五棵松冰上运动中心和西安高新·天谷雅舍住宅项目进行研究分析,结果表明,被动式建筑成功实现了超低能耗目标,充分体现了绿色环保理念,完全契合当前全球对节能减排、生态保护和居住舒适性的综合需求。尽管被动式建筑面临成本与运维挑战,而未来随着技术迭代、成本优化以及规模化应用协同推进,被动式超低能耗建筑最终将成为全球建筑低碳转型的核心路径。 As an innovative building model,passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings significantly reduce the consumption of fossil energy in the operation stage,while reducing the demand for power supply and heating,and effectively control pollutant emissions,which has become a new direction for the development of buildings.This paper mainly introduces the development status,core advantages,existing problems and development trend of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China,and researches and analyzes the residential projects of Beijing Wukesong Ice Sports Center and Xi'an High-tech·Tiangu Yasshe.The results show that passive buildings have successfully achieved the goal of ultra-low energy consumption and fully embody the concept of green environmental protection.It is fully in line with the current global demand for energy conservation,emission reduction,ecological protection and residential comfort.Although passive buildings face cost and operation challenges,in the future,with the coordinated promotion of technology iteration,cost optimization and scale application,passive ultra-low energy buildings will eventually become the core path of low-carbon transformation of global buildings.
