射流三通对压力补偿式滴头水力和抗堵塞性能的影响

摘要 为了探究射流三通产生的脉冲水流对压力补偿式滴头的水力性能和抗堵塞性能的影响,采用计算流体动力学CFD流固耦合数值模拟与水力试验相结合的方法,借助Fluent等软件分析滴头内部压力分布,发现压力周期性变化时提升了水流对滴头内泥沙的裹挟能力,从而提升了滴头的抗堵性能.模拟和试验结果表明:滴头流态指数在压力条件下分别为0.1549和0.1838,在脉冲条件下分别为0.1217和0.1326,流态指数分别下降了21.4%和27.9%,脉冲水压改善了滴头的出流均匀性.在脉冲水压条件下,滴头的补偿区间为50~300 kPa,相较于定水压条件下的100~250 kPa,拓宽了100 kPa,有效提升了补偿能力;滴头的起调压力在定水压条件下为100 kPa,在脉冲水压条件下为50 kPa,脉冲水压下的起调压力降低了50 kPa,拓宽了滴头的适用范围.研究发现射流三通可显著提升压力补偿式滴头的水力性能和抗堵塞性能. Aiming to investigate the effect of pulsed water flow generated by the jet tee on the hydraulic performance and anti-clogging performance of pressure-compensated drip head,the method of combi-ning computational fluid dynamics CFD fluid structure coupling numerical simulation with hydraulic experiments was adopted,with the help of Fluent and other software to analyze the pressure distribution inside the drip head.It was found that the water flow′s ability to hold the sediment inside the drip head was enhanced when the pressure changes periodically,which improveed the anti-clogging performance of the drip head.The simulation and experimental results show that the flow index of the drip head is 0.1549 and 0.1838 under pressure conditions,and 0.1217 and 0.1326 under pulse conditions.The flow index decreases by 21.4%and 27.9%,and the uniformity of the drip head outflow is improved by the pulsed water pressure.Under the condition of pulse water pressure,the compensation interval of the drip head is 50-300 kPa,compared with 100-250 kPa under the condition of fixed water pressure,widened by 100 kPa,which effectively improves the compensation ability.Under the condition of fixed water pressure,the starting pressure of the drip head is 100 kPa,while under the condition of pulse water pressure,it is 50 kPa.The starting pressure of the drip head is reduced by 50 kPa under the condition of pulse water pressure,which broadens the applicability range of the drip head.Overall,the jet tee can significantly improve the hydraulic performance and anti-clogging performance of the pressure-compensated drip head.
