摘要
几何形态复杂的底部淤积对侧向泵站进水结构的水-沙流场产生特殊影响,为了准确构建淤积状态下侧向进水结构的精细化三维计算域模型,尽可能还原带淤结构的几何特征信息,并进一步探究淤积状态下进水结构的水沙流场特性和流态变化,基于逆向工程技术提出了一种针对具有复杂边界条件的带淤进水结构的逆向建模方法,构建了可用于流体力学计算的完整三维计算域模型,并开展了淤积状态下侧向进水结构的水力特性分析.研究表明:提出的三维逆向重构方法最大建模偏差仅为1.5981 mm,能够准确反映进水结构的实际几何边界和淤积形态,数值模拟结果与现场测验相吻合;泥沙淤积虽然对局部流场结构有所改善,但造成了结构整体水力性能的损失.该方法可为轮廓边界复杂的建筑物结构的几何建模和优化提供新思路.
Bottom siltation with complex geometric shapes has a special impact on the water-sediment flow fields within the lateral intake structure of pumping stations.In order to accurately construct a refined three-dimensional computational domain model of the lateral water inlet structure under siltation,restore the geometric feature information of the silted structure as much as possible,and further explore the water-sediment transport characteristics and flow state changes of the intake structure under sedimentation,a reverse modeling method based on reverse engineering technology for lateral intake structures with complex boundary conditions was preposed,a complete three-dimensional computational domain model that can be used for fluid dynamics calculations was constructed,and the hydraulic characteristics of the intake structure under siltation state were analyzed.The results of the study show that the maximum modeling deviation of the three-dimensional reverse modeling method proposed in this study is only 1.5981 mm,which can accurately reflect the actual geometric boundaries and sedimentation morphology of the water intake structure,and the numerical simulation results are consistent with on-site tests.Although sedimentation improves the local flow field structure,it causes a loss in the overall hydraulic performance of the structure.This method can provide new ideas for geometric modeling and optimization of sediment structures with complex contour boundaries.
