The phenomenon of artificial feeding of Gymnocypris Przewalskii in newly developed scenic spots around Qinghai Lake has attracted much attention as to whether it has a significant negative impact on the migration of G.Przewalskii.In order to explore the impact of artificial feeding on the migration of G.Przewalskii in Qinghai Lake, two feeding points were investigated. The results showed that the area of parent fish stranded at the Donggeer viewing platform was 685 square meters, and there were 17 survey sites, with a total of 98,433 fish,an average water depth of 62.55±18.15cm,an average water temperature of 17.7±0.08℃,and a female fish ratio of 0%above the third stage of development. The area of parent fish stranded at Shengquan Bay(cliff)was 1224 square meters, and there were 25 survey sites, with an average water depth of 71.7±23.8cm,an average water temperature of 19.5±0.24℃,and a total of 98960 parent fish. The female fish ratio above the third stage of development was 24.1%,with an impact rate of 2.7%on the spawning population of the nearby Quanji River. Therefore,it is recommended to carry out necessary management for artificial feeding in Shengquan Bay.
