摘要
以“青海蕨麻2号”和“青海蕨麻3号”为试验材料,分别采用0.0、12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0 mg/L的镧元素(LaCl_(3))溶液进行盆栽试验,系统探究不同镧浓度对蕨麻形态学指标及总皂苷含量的影响。结果表明:(1)镧元素对蕨麻的形态学指标具有显著影响,呈正态分布。当LaCl_(3)浓度为25.0 mg/L时,“青海蕨麻2号”的复叶长(26.71 cm)、复叶面积(4.69 cm^(2))、匍匐茎数量(2.00条)及茎粗(0.94 mm)均显著高于对照;“青海蕨麻3号”复叶面积为6.03 cm^(2)、匍匐茎数量2.25条、匍匐茎粗1.00 mm,为其最大值。当LaCl_(3)浓度提升至37.5 mg/L时,“青海蕨麻3号”的复叶数(7.0个)、复叶长(26.77 cm)、匍匐茎总长(24.24 cm)及总分株数(3.95个)仍维持较高水平,表明该品种对镧胁迫具有更优的适应性。(2)稀土元素镧对蕨麻块根中总皂苷的积累存在明显剂量效应。LaCl_(3)溶液浓度为25.00 mg/L时,2个品种的蕨麻总皂苷含量达到峰值,分别为3.01%和5.46%,较对照增加22.36%和24.94%,镧元素对“青海蕨麻3号”的影响较大。LaCl_(3)浓度低于25.0 mg/L可显著提高总皂苷含量,浓度过高会抑制总皂苷的积累。施镧水平为25.0 mg/L最为适宜,可以有效促进蕨麻的生长及皂苷的积累。
In this study,“Qinghai Juema No.2”and“Qinghai Juema No.3”were used as test materials,and 0.0,12.5,25.0,37.5 and 50.0 mg/L of lanthanum(LaCl_(3))were used for potting test to systematically investigate the effects of different lanthanum concentrations on the morphological indexes and total saponin content of Potentilla anserina L.,respectively.The result showed that:(1)The effect of LaCl_(3)on the morphological indexes of Potentilla anserina L.was significant.When the concentration of LaCl_(3)was 25.0 mg/L,the compound leaf length(26.71 cm),compound leaf area(4.69 cm^(2)),the number of stolons(2.00)and stem thickness(0.94 mm)of“Qinghai Juema No.2”were significantly higher than those of the control;the compound leaf area of“Qinghai Juema No.3”was 6.03 cm^(2).When the concentration was increased to 37.5 mg/L,the number of compound leaves(7.0),the length of compound leaves(26.77 cm),the total length of stolons(24.24 cm)and the total number of plants(3.95)of“Qinghai Juema No.3”remained high,indicating that this variety has better adaptability to lanthanum stress.(2)The rare earth element lanthanum had a significant dose effect on the accumulation of total saponins in Potentilla anserina L.tuberous roots.The total saponin content of two varieties of Potentilla anserina L.reached the peak at the concentration of 25.00 mg/L of LaCl_(3),which was 3.01%and 5.46%,respectively,and increased by 22.36%and 24.94%compared with that of the control,which was a greater effect of lanthanum on“Qinghai Juema No.3”.The concentration of LaCl_(3)lower than 25.0 mg/L could significantly increase the total saponin content,and too high a concentration would inhibit the accumulation of total saponin.The application of a lanthanum level of 25.0 mg/L is the most appropriate,and can effectively promote the growth of Potentilla anserina L.and the accumulation of saponins.
