摘要
目的:探究社区养老支持对老年人生理脆弱性和心理健康脆弱性的影响。方法:基于西安市实地调研数据,通过中介效应模型,实证分析社区养老支持对老年人健康脆弱性的影响机制。结果:社区养老支持通过助推老年人参与体育锻炼、提高社会交往频率、降低老年人患病风险和跌倒风险来抑制其健康脆弱性,且对心理健康脆弱性的抑制效应更为显著。异质性分析方面,社区养老支持对低龄、中龄、城镇老年人的健康脆弱性有显著的抑制作用。结论:扩大社区养老支持的实际覆盖范围,增设老年锻炼场所、开展健康知识科普、组织社区娱乐活动、提高设施适老化程度等,以畅通影响传导路径。
Objective To explore the impact of community support for the elderly on the physical vulnerability and mental health vulnerability of the elderly.Methods Based on the field research data in Xian City,the influence mechanism of community support for the elderly on the health vulnerability of the elderly were empirically analyzed through the mediation effect model.Results Community support for aging can suppress the health vulnerability by boosting older adults'participation in physical activity,increasing the frequency of social interactions,and reducing the risk of illness and falls among older adults,and the suppression effect on mental health vulnerability is more significant.In terms of heterogeneity analysis,community support for the elderly has a significantly inhibitory effect on the health vulnerability of lower-aged,middle-aged,and urban older adults.Conclusion It is suggested to expand the actual coverage of community support for the elderly,increase the number of places for elderly exercise,carry out health knowledge popularization,organize community recreational activities,and improve the degree of aging of facilities in order to smooth the path of influence transmission.
