摘要
水产养殖过程中会受到非法投入品危害、季节性病害、管理制度不完善等因素的影响,导致水产品质量出现问题。为规范水产市场秩序,推广健康养殖技术,本文对水产品质量安全与水产品绿色养殖技术进行探讨,对提高水产品质量安全管理提供借鉴,确保养殖效益和生态平衡的双赢。
The aquaculture process can be affected by the hazards of illegal inputs,seasonal diseases,imperfect management system and other factors,resulting in aquatic product quality problems.In order to regulate the order of aquatic market and promote healthy aquaculture technology,this paper discussed aquatic product quality and safety and aquatic product green aquaculture technology,which could provide a reference to improve the quality and safety management of aquatic products,and ensure the win-win situation of aquaculture efficiency and ecological balance.
