摘要
自2019年,二尖梅奇酵母引发的河蟹“牛奶病”成为北方地区危害最严重的真菌性疾病,其通过水体、饲料等媒介传播,造成重大经济损失。本研究针对9种水产常用消毒剂进行筛选,发现聚六亚甲基双胍表现出最优杀菌效果,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)显著低于其他消毒剂(如高锰酸钾、苹果酸),在低剂量下即可高效防控病原体,且安全性优于具有强腐蚀性的高锰酸钾。
Since 2019,"milky disease"in Chinese mitten crab caused by Metschnikowia bicuspidata has become the most severe fungal disease in northern China,transmitted via water,feed,and other vectors,resulting in significant economic losses.This study evaluated nine common aquaculture disinfectants and identified polyhexamethylene biguanide(PHMB)as the most effective fungicide.Its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were significantly lower than those of other disinfectants(e.g.,potassium permanganate,malic acid).PHMB efficiently controls pathogens at low doses and exhibits superior safety compared to the highly corrosive potassium permanganate.
