摘要
目的本文探讨了OBE理念+BOPPPS教学模式在中医望诊实训中的应用。方法从课前准备、课程实施、课后、阶段考核及评价等方面探讨OBE理念+BOPPPS教学模式的实施。结果与传统教学授课班级比较,采用OBE理念+BOPPPS教学模式的授课方式能显著提高学生的考查成绩。望诊考核成绩平均分可达90分以上;传统教学法,望诊成绩平均分仅为70分左右。结论OBE理念+BOPPPS教学模式使用后,学生的望诊实训水平和学习中医的积极性均有很大提高。课后调查及课程结束调查均显示,学生对该授课方式及教学过程满意。
Objective To discuss the application of inspection in TCM training based on OBE(outcome based education)combined with BOPPPS teaching model.Methods The implementation of this model is discussed from pre-class preparation,course delivery,post-class activities,phase assessments,and evaluations.Results Compared with traditional teaching method,the OBE+BOPPPS model significantly improved students'examination scores in inspection in TCM.The average score for inspection exams reached above 90 points,while traditional methods yielded an average of around 70 points.Conclusion After implementing the OBE+BOPPPS model,there was a significant improvement in students'practical skills in TCM inspection,along with a heightened enthusiasm for learning traditional Chinese medicine.Post-class surveys and end-of-course evaluations indicated high satisfaction with the teaching method and the overall process.
