摘要
基于2023年中国社会状况综合调查数据,文章分析了当前我国青年群体制度信任的总体水平、梯度效应及差异化模式,并检验了青年群体的在线社会资本如何影响制度信任。结果显示,数字素养在其间发挥调节作用:当数字素养较高时,在线社会资本对制度信任的影响符合风险效应假说,即在线社会资本越高则制度信任越高;但当数字素养较低时,在线社会资本的影响符合侵蚀效应假说,即在线社会资本越高则制度信任越低。分样本检验显示,青年群体的在线社会资本对分层级政府的信任无显著影响,但对法院、公安部门及非政府机构(如群团组织)信任存在复杂的显著影响。文章在一定程度上回应了“互联网之谜”,拓展了社会信任和社会资本等理论知识,亦可为数字时代的社会治理提供重要启示。
Based on the survey data of 2023 China Social Survey,this paper ana-lyzes the overall level,gradient effect and differentiation mode of institutional trust of the youth in China,and tests how online social capital affects institutional trust.The results show that network literacy plays a moderating role.When the network literacy is high,the influence of online social capital on institutional trust conforms to the Risk Effect Hypothesis,that is,higher online social capital is associated with increased institu-tional trust.Conversely,when the network literacy is low,the influence of online social capital conforms to the Erosion Effect Hypothesis,which means that higher online social capital is linked to decreased institutional trust.Sub-sample test shows that the online social capital of the youth has no significant influence on the trust of different levels of the governments,but it has a complex and significant effect on the trust of courts,public security departments and non-governmental organizations(such as mass organizations).This article responds to the "Internet mystery"to a certain extent,expands theoretical knowledge such as social trust and social capital,and can also provide impor-tant enlightenment for social governance in the digital age.
