摘要
以某既有电子厂房电气工程绿色化提质改造项目为例,探讨既有电子厂房防雷接地工程的绿色化提质改造技术。介绍既有电子厂房提质改造的基本内容及流程、原有防雷接地系统的提质改造、屋面新增设备的防雷接地、等电位联结系统提质改造等,提出在H型钢结构上敷设镀锌扁钢接地母线并利用虎口夹固定接地母线的技术创新。
Taking the eco-friendly quality enhancement of electrical works in an existing electronics factory as an example,this spaperd discusses the technology for eco-friendly quality enhancement of lightning protection&earthing works in existing electronics factories.It introduces the general scope and process of quality enhancement of existing electronics factories,quality enhancement of the old lightning protection&earthing system,lightning protection and earthing for new equipment on the roof,and quality enhancement of the equipotential bonding system,and proposes a technological innovation of using a hand clamp to fix the earthing busbar when laying galvanized flat steel earthing busbar on an H-section structure.
