摘要 某电厂脱硫浆液循环泵叶轮和蜗壳贴碳化硅片后试运行时轴向整幅较径向整幅高,且轴向振幅波动大。此外,电动机电流波动大,且较贴碳化硅片前小。经分析和试验发现其异常振动是由泵入口有效净正吸头不足、离心泵通流面积减小和离心泵内表面粗糙引起的汽蚀造成的。提升浆液高度、打磨碳化硅层表面后,振动异常问题得以解决。 During the test run of a desulfurization slurry circulating pump in a power plant after its impeller and volute were coated with silicon carbide wafers,the axial amplitude was higher than the radial amplitude,and the axial amplitude fluctuations were significant.Additionally,the motor current fluctuations were large and lower than before the silicon carbide wafers were applied.Through analysis and testing,it was found that the abnormal vibration was caused by cavitation due to insufficient net positive suction head(NPSH)available at the pump inlet,reduced flow area of the centrifugal pump,and rough inner surface of the centrifugal pump.The problem of abnormal vibration was resolved by increasing the slurry height and polishing the surface of the silicon carbide layer.
