摘要
管道效率是影响燃煤发电机组经济性的关键因素,通过合理优化机组六大管道长度、内径和减少管道散热损失并对方案进行了论证。通过合理设计锅炉和汽轮机相对位置、严格控制管道保温表面温度、优化六大管道管径等技术措施对管道效率进行优化,优化后主蒸汽管道压损降低为4.3%,一次和二次再热管道压损分别降低为6%和10%。通过计算得出在THA工况下,管道效率的理论计算值可达到99.35%,机组经济性得到了进一步提升。
Pipeline efficiency is the key factor affecting the economy of coal-fired generating units.The scheme of optimizing the length and inner diameter of six pipelines and reducing the heat dissipation of pipelines are demonstrated.The main plant adopts the arrangement scheme of the boiler center line with the head aligned,controls the external surface temperature of the pipe insulation to 50℃,and selects the pipe diameter reasonably.After optimization,the pressure drop of the main steam system is 4.3%,that of the primary reheat system is 6%,and that of the secondary reheat system is 10%.Through calculation,the theoretical calculation value of pipeline efficiency can reach 99.35%under THA working condition,and the economy of the unit has been further improved.
