摘要
某电厂1号锅炉发生螺旋水冷壁漏泄,对漏泄原因进行了分析。分析认为螺旋水冷壁管子两侧鳍片错位开裂后,在漏泄点位置产生较大的应力,是造成管子横向裂纹泄漏的根本原因。漏泄点鳍片为炉外现场单面焊接,且处于鳍片拼接缝,焊接质量控制达不到要求会导致应力集中,在此区域出现鳍片开裂,并扩展至锅炉厂原始鳍片区域,表现出螺旋水冷壁管子两侧鳍片错位开裂。根据螺旋水冷壁漏泄原因,提出了相应的改进措施。
The No.1 boiler of a power plant was found the spiral water wall leak and the unit was shut down.Professionals have analyzed the causes of leakage.The analysis shows that the root cause of the transverse crack leakage is that the fins on both sides of the spiral water wall pipe are misaligned and cracked,and the larger stress is generated at the leakage point.The fins at the leak point are single-sided welding outside the furnace site and are at the splicing joint of the fins.The failure of welding quality control to meet the requirements will lead to stress concentration,and the cracking of the fins in this area will be extended to the original fin area of the boiler plant,showing the dislocation cracking of the fins on both sides of the spiral water-cooling wall pipe.According to the causes of spiral water wall leakage,the professionals put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
