Analysis of influenza surveillance data in Yibin from 2014 to 2023

摘要 目的分析2014—2023年宜宾市流感哨点监测数据,了解流感流行趋势和病原学分布规律,为宜宾市流感疫情防控提供科学依据。方法通过中国流感监测信息系统收集2014—2023年宜宾市哨点医院流感样病例(简称ILI)和病原学监测结果,用描述性流行病学方法对流感流行特征进行分析。结果2014—2023年宜宾市哨点医院共报告121842例ILI,0~14岁组人群占比最高。2014—2023年流感样病例占门急诊病例数的百分比(简称ILI%)和ILI标本流感检测阳性率呈正相关关系(rs=0.334,P<0.001),2014—2023年ILI%高峰主要集中在冬季,其次是春季与夏季。不同年度(χ^(2)=728.818,P<0.001)和不同年龄组(χ^(2)=390.621,P<0.001)流感阳性检出率差异均有统计学意义。2014—2023年流感病毒在流感亚型上呈现以甲型流感占主导地位,乙型流感混合流行趋势,流感优势毒株为A(H3N2)、B(Victoria)系与A(H1N1),阳性检出率2019年最高,2020年最低。流感阳性率随季节变化,2014—2023年流感流行高峰多集中在冬季,其次是春季。各年龄段甲型流感阳性检出率均高于乙型流感,0~4岁组与≥60岁组检出率较低,分别为6.32%和8.57%。结论2014—2023年宜宾市流感流行呈现季节性变化,有明显的冬季流行高峰,不同型别流感毒株交替流行。0~14岁组为流感样病例发病主要人群,应加强对儿童学生的流感防控,持续开展好流感监测工作,为流感防控工作提供数据支持。 Objective To analyze the influenza surveillance data in Yibin from 2014 to 2023,so as to understand the influenza epidemic trend and pathogen distribution patterns,and to provide scientific basis for influenza epidemic prevention and control in Yibin.Methods The ILI and etiological surveillance results of sentinel hospital for influenza surveillance in Yibin from 2014 to 2023 were collected from the China Influenza Surveillance Information System.The epidemic characteristics of influenza were analyzed by using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 121842 cases of ILI were reported from 2014 to 2023 in Yibin sentinel hospital,and the 0-14 year old group accounted for the highest proportion.There was a positive correlation between ILI%and the rate of influenza positive detection of ILI specimens from 2014 to 2023(rs=0.334,P<0.001).The peaks of ILI%were mainly concentrated in the winter from 2014 to 2023,followed by spring and summer.During 2014 to 2023,the ILI-positive detection rate varied significantly between years(χ^(2)=728.818,P<0.001)and age groups(χ^(2)=390.621,P<0.001).From 2014 to 2023,Influenza A was dominated in the subtypes of influenza virus,while influenza B was a mixed epidemic trend.The dominant strains of influenza were A(H3N2)subtype,B(Victoria)lineage and A(H1N1)subtype,with the highest positive detection rate in 2019 and the minimum in 2020.The positivity rate of influenza varied seasonally,with the peaks of influenza from 2014 to 2023 mostly concentrated in winter,followed by spring.The positive detection rate of influenza A was higher than that of influenza B in all age groups.The positive detection rate of influenza in the 0-4 year old group was 6.32%and the≥60 year old group was 8.57%that were low.Conclusions The epidemic of influenza in Yibin showed seasonal changes from 2014 to 2023 with the obvious winter peaks.Different types of influenza strains were epidemic altematly from 2014 to 2023.The age group of 0-14 years old was the main population affected by ILI.It is necessary to strengthen influenza prevention and control for children and students.Influenza surveillance should be carried out continuously to provide data support for influenza prevention and control.
