脱卤偶联合成用钯炭催化剂的制备与性能研究

摘要 用碳酸钠缓冲溶液打浆的活性炭作载体制备钯炭催化剂,用XRD、XPS、TEM等方法进行催化剂的结构表征,在催化剂的催化性能研究中发现:催化剂的活性与缓冲液的浓度、还原剂的量和制备温度等都有很大的关联性.经碳酸钠缓冲液打浆的活性炭作载体,部分还原钯的催化剂在脱卤偶联反应中具有很好的催化活性. Pd/C catalysts were prepared by using activated carbon slurried in a sodium carbonate buffer solution as a sup-port.The structure of the catalyst was characterized using XRD,XPS,TEM,and additional techniques.In the study of cata-lytic performancc,it was found that the catalyst's activity was closely related to the buffer solution concentration,the reducing agent amount,and the preparation temperature.Notably,the catalysts that incorporated partially reduced palladium onto the activated carbon,which was prepared in the sodium carbonate buffer solution,demonstrated superior catalytic activity in deha-logenation coupling reactions.
