摘要
企业创始人作为企业的创立者,在企业经营过程中发挥着重要的作用。企业创始人专用性资产对企业价值的影响机理,受到诸多学者的关注。在界定企业创始人专用性资产内涵基础上,以江西省民营企业创始人个人特质数据,从企业创始人的企业家精神、声誉、能力及社会网络四个方面,实证检验企业创始人专用性资产对企业价值的影响作用。研究发现,企业创始人专用性资产中企业家精神、创始人声誉和能力对企业价值有显著的正向影响,创始人网络对企业价值不具有显著预测作用。
As the founder of a company,the entrepreneur plays an important role in the operation of the company with the unique specific assets.The mechanism of how the entrepreneur's specific assets affect the value of the company has always been a research hotspot in academia.By defining the connotation of the entrepreneurs specific assets,this paper conducts an empiri-cal study of the impact of the entrepreneur's specific assets on enterprise value,from the aspects of entrepreneurial spirit,repu-tation,ability,and social network,using data on private enterprise founders in Jiangxi Province.The study finds that the en-trepreneur's specific assets of entrepreneurial spirit,reputation,and ability have significant positive effects on enterprise value,while the founder network has no significant predictive effect on enterprise value.
