摘要 针对传统危险与可操作分析(HAZOP)存在偏差模糊化、安全措施无法有效验证等问题,以伴生气轻烃回收工艺为研究对象,利用HYSYS软件进行稳态建模、结果验证和动态模拟,分析了导致“脱乙烷塔重沸器液位过高”这一偏差原因对系统参数的影响,确定了偏差偏离正常工况的具体数值,并验证了安全措施的响应有效性。最后依据模拟结果修正了后果严重性等级。研究结果对于提高站场工艺的本质安全具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problems such as bias ambiguity in traditional HAZOP and ineffective verification of safety measures,taking the associated gas light hydrocarbon recovery process as the research object with HYSYS software used to conduct steady-state modeling,result verification and dynamic simulation,the influence of the deviation of excessive liquid level of reboiler in de-ethane tower on system parameters is investigated.The specific value of deviation from normal conditions is determined,and the response effectiveness of safety measures is verified.Finally,the severity level of consequences is revised according to the simulation results.The research results are of great significance for improving the intrinsic safety of station process.
