摘要
本文作者首次提出“元素中药”的概念,深入探讨了元素中药的概念和科学研究内涵。阐述其定义为:在中医药理论指导下,以微量元素或无机元素为核心的活性成分或协同作用因子,通过调节机体生理功能、参与代谢过程或影响有效成分生物活性发挥治疗作用。这一概念融合传统药性理论与现代元素医学理念,详细剖析科学内涵,涵盖配位化学机制、系统生物学效应、环境-成分-药效联动等方面。梳理研究范式,包括传统经验总结与现代多学科交叉研究范式,旨在推动中医药现代化进程,为元素中药研究提供全面的理论参考。
The author of this article first proposed the concept of elemental traditional Chinese medicine and deeply explored the concept and scientific research connotation of elemental traditional Chinese medicine.It is defined as a drug that,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,uses trace elements or inorganic elements as the core active ingredients or synergistic factors,and exerts therapeutic effects by regulating physiological functions,participating in metabolic processes,or affecting the biological activity of active ingredients.This concept combines traditional medicinal theory with modern elemental medicine concepts,and provides a detailed analysis of its scientific implications,covering coordination chemistry mechanisms,systemic biological effects,environmental component pharmacological interactions,and other aspects.Sorting out research paradigms,including traditional experience summarization and modern interdisciplinary models,aims to promote the modernization process of traditional Chinese medicine and provide comprehensive theoretical references for the study of elemental Chinese medicine.
