摘要
目的目前沿海家庭出现食用非碘盐新方式,探讨混合盐样对盐碘检测结果的影响。方法通过在家庭盐罐模拟两种盐样混合及混匀方式,对混合盐样常规采样,按照国标方法检测含碘量并分析其精密度。结果模拟的4组食用盐样品含碘量的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.14%、25.25%、41.99%、0.92%,组2和组3的RSD远大于组1和组4的RSD。结论对于模拟的非碘盐与碘盐的混合盐样,采样前混匀样品或者检测前混匀样品,多次取样测量可取得良好的精密度结果。
Objective To explore the impact of a newly observed method of consuming non-iodized salt in coastal households on the detection results of salt iodine content by analyzing mixed salt samples.Methods Two types of salt samples were mixed and homogenized in simulated household salt containers.Conventional sampling of the mixed salt samples was performed,and the iodine content was determined according to the national standard method,followed by precision analysis.Results The relative standard deviations(RSD)of iodine content in the four simulated salt samples were 1.14%,25.25%,41.99%,and 0.92%,respectively.The RSD values for Group 2 and Group 3 were significantly higher than those for Group 1 and Group 4.Conclusion For mixed samples of non-iodized and iodized salt,either homogenizing the sample before collection or mixing prior to testing,combined with multiple samplings and measurements,can yield results with good precision.
