摘要
引导丧亲者意义重构是哀伤疗愈的有效心理治疗手段。本综述汇总了5种丧亲者意义重构评估工具,探讨一般人口学因素、逝者死亡原因、社会文化环境等对丧亲者意义重构的影响,总结意义重构在丧亲适应过程中的调节及中介作用,为后续研究提供理论和实践基础。
Facilitating meaning reconstruction in bereaved individuals is an effective psychotherapeutic approach to grief healing.This review summarizes five commonly used assessment tools for evaluating meaning reconstruction in the bereaved and explores influencing factors such as demographic characteristics,the cause of the loved one's death,and sociocultural contexts.The regulatory and mediating roles of meaning reconstruction in the adaptation process to bereavement are also discussed,providing a theoretical and practical foundation for future research.
