摘要
目的探究跟骨骨折患者采用七叶皂苷钠结合主动功能锻炼、红外线治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2023年5月景德镇市中医医院收治的70例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用红外线治疗联合主动功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上加用七叶皂苷钠治疗,比较两组疼痛程度、骨代谢指标、踝周径差值、足周径差值、肢体肿胀度程度、踝关节功能。结果治疗后3 d、5 d、1周,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组踝周径、足周径差值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肢体肿胀度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组踝关节疼痛评分、功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠结合主动功能锻炼、红外线治疗术后跟骨骨折效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,消除肢体肿胀,提升肢体功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium aescinate combined with active functional exercise and infrared therapy in patients with calcaneal fractures.Methods 70 patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with infrared therapy combined with active functional exercise,while the observation group was treated with sodium aescinate in addition to the control group.The pain level,bone metabolism indicators,ankle circumference difference,foot circumference difference,degree of limb swelling and ankle joint function were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 d,5 d,and 1 week of treatment,the visual analog score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between ankle circumference and foot circumference in the observation group were larger than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the swelling scores of the limbs of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle joint pain and functional scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sodium aescinate combined with active functional exercise and infrared therapy has significant effects on postoperative calcaneal fractures,reducing patient pain,eliminating limb swelling,and improving limb function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
