摘要
目的:探究盆腔异位妊娠的电子计算机断层成像(CT)影像表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性选择2022年2月-2024年8月本院经手术确诊的盆腔异位妊娠患者72例,分析患者术前超声与CT检查图像,总结CT影像特征,评估CT诊断盆腔异位妊娠的临床价值。结果:手术诊断结果显示,72例中输卵管妊娠42例、切口妊娠17例、卵巢妊娠10例、宫角妊娠3例,超声检查诊断符合率为81.9%(59/72),漏诊6例、误诊7例;CT检查诊断符合率为94.4%(68/72),漏诊2例、误诊2例,CT检查诊断符合率高于超声检查(P<0.05);盆腔异位妊娠CT影响表现主要为盆腔存在椭圆形、不规则形状的囊实性肿块或混杂信号肿块,增强扫描呈边缘强化或不均匀强化;结论:盆腔异位妊娠存在一定特征性的CT影像表现,可用于疾病诊断且诊断符合率较高,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the computed tomography(CT)imaging manifestations of pelvic ectopic pregnancy(PEP)and its diagnostic value for PEP.Methods:72 patients with PEP who were confirmed by surgery in the hospital from February 2022 to August 2024 were selected in this study retrospectively.The images of the preoperative ultrasound and CT examinations of the patients were analyzed.The CT imaging features of the patients were summarized and the clinical value of which for diagnosing PEP of the patients were evaluated.Results:The results of the surgical diagnosis showed that in 72 patients,there were 42 cases with tubal pregnancy,17 cases with incision pregnancy,10 cases with ovary pregnancy and 3 cases with uterine cornual pregnancy.The diagnostic coincidence rate of the ultrasound examination was 81.9%(59/72),with 6 cases of the missed diagnosis and 7 cases of the misdiagnosis.The diagnostic coincidence rate of the CT examination was 94.4%(68/72),with 2 cases of the missed diagnosis and 2 cases of the misdiagnosis,The diagnostic coincidence rate of the CT examination was significantly higher than that of the ultrasound examination(P<0.05).The CT imaging manifestations of the patients with PEP mainly were the elliptical and the irregularly shaped cystic solid masses or the mixed-signal masses in the pelvis,and the enhanced scan revealed the edge enhancement or the uneven enhancement.Conclusion:There CT imaging manifestation of the PEP of the patients with PEP has certain characteristics,which can be used for the PEP diagnosis.CT imaging has higher diagnostic coincidence rate and has some clinical application value.
