摘要
目的:调查初产妇剖宫产术后心理弹性、心理一致感及社会支持并分析其相关性。方法:选取2021年6月-2024年6月本院收治的剖宫产初产妇100例,分娩后利用调查基础资料表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、心理一致感量表(SOC-13)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析心理弹性与心理一致感及社会支持的相关性,多因素分析初产妇剖宫产术后心理弹性的影响因素。结果:100例剖宫产初产妇CD-RISC、SOC-13、SSRS总分分别为52.47±5.28分、55.39±6.02分、30.15±3.96分。Pearson相关性分析显示,初产妇剖宫产术后心理弹性得分与心理一致感得分及社会支持得分均呈正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,年龄31~42岁、性格内向、合并妊娠疾病、新生儿不健康、心理一致感低、社会支持低为影响初产妇剖宫产术后心理弹性的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:初产妇剖宫产术后心理弹性与心理一致感及社会支持均存在相关性,且产妇术后心理弹性受年龄、性格、合并妊娠疾病、新生儿状况等因素影响。
Objective:To investigate the mental resilience,and the mental congruence and the social support of primiparas after cesarean section,and to analyze their correlation.Methods:A total of 1oo primiparas with cesarean section who treated in the hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.The basic data scale,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),sense of coherence scale(SOC-13)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used to investigate these primiparas after delivery.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the psychological resilience of the primiparas and their sense of coherence and social support.Multivariate analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the psychological resilience of the primiparas after cesarean section.Results:The total scores of CD-RISC,SOC-13 and SSRS of 100 primiparas were 52.47±5.28 points,55.39±6.02 points and 30.15±3.96 points,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the mental resilience score of the primiparas after cesarean section was positively correlated with their mental congruence score or their social support score(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age of 31-42 years old,the introversion,the pregnancy diseases,the unhealthy newborns,the low sense of congruence and the low social support of the primiparas after cesarean section were the risk factors affecting their psychological resilience(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental resilience of the primipara after cesarean section is correlated with their mental congruence and social support,and the mental resilience of the primipara after cesarean section is affected by their age,personality,pregnancy disease,newborn condition and other factors.
