住宅小区电动汽车充电设施建设与服务问题研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着电动汽车产业的快速发展,住宅小区充电基础设施的建设和服务已成为影响绿色交通普及的关键问题。本研究主要关注中国住宅区电动汽车充电设施的现状、挑战和创新解决方案。通过实地调研、案例分析和数据建模,我们发现了空间资源有限、电力容量不足、建设标准不一致、物业服务企业责任不明确等关键问题;提出了创新实践,包括应用V2G(车联网)技术、“三网融合”智能管理系统和共享私人充电桩,以提高充电效率和安全性;讨论了统一建设标准、优化审批流程和多方利益相关者协作机制等政策建议。研究表明,将技术创新与政策支持相结合,可以有效解决电动汽车增长与充电基础设施之间的不平衡问题,为实现国家“双碳”目标提供了实用参考。 With the rapid development of the electric vehicle(EV)industry,the construction and service of charging infrastructure in residential communities have become a critical issue affecting the popularization of green transportation.This study focuses on the current status,challenges,and innovative solutions for EV charging facilities in residential areas in China.Through field research,case analysis,and data modeling,we identify key problems such as limited space resources,insufficient power capacity,inconsistent construction standards,and unclear responsibilities of property service enterprises.Innovative practices,including the application of V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid)technology,"three-network convergence"smart management systems,and shared private charging piles,are proposed to improve charging efficiency and safety.Policy recommendations such as unified construction standards,optimized approval processes,and multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms are also discussed.The research demonstrates that integrating technological innovation with policy support can effectively address the imbalance between EV growth and charging infrastructure,providing a practical reference for achieving the national"dual carbon"goals.
