摘要
在“新农科”建设的背景下,创新创业教育教学改革已经成为新时期农林高校教育教学改革的重要方向。要从实施乡村振兴战略、建设高等教育强国、培养更多“知农爱农”新型人才等不同维度深入理解“新农科”对农林高校创新创业人才培养的新要求。赛教融合作为人才培养的重要手段,被许多高校纳入人才培养方案中。当前,农林高校在双创型人才培养中普遍存在课程体系固化、专业师资匮乏、优质资源有限、培养理念滞后等问题。本文基于“赛教融合”视角,探索出农林高校适应“新农科”需求的“一目标两类型四融合”的创新创业教育模式,即以培养具有创新思维和创业能力的知农爱农时代新人为核心目标;构建拔尖创新型、复合应用型两类型分层人才培养体系;通过制定“双创”赛课融合培养方案,优化课程体系;打造“双创”师生融合育人团队,优化师资队伍;拓展“双创”线上线下融合平台,优化资源共享;构建“双创”产教科教融合模式,优化培养理念等四融合实施路径。为新时期农林高校“新农科”人才培养提供借鉴与参考。
In the context of“new agricultural science”construction,innovation and entrepreneurship education reform has become essential for education reform in agricultural and forestry colleges and uni-versities in the new era.It is essential to understand the new requirements of the“new agricultural sci-ence”for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and u-niversities from multiple perspectives,including implementing rural revitalization strategies,building a higher education powerhouse,and cultivating new talents who understand and appreciate agriculture.Competition and teaching integration,as a vital means of talent training,have been incorporated into tal-ent cultivation programs by many colleges and universities.Currently,agricultural and forestry colleges and universities face common issues in cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents,such as a so-lidified curriculum system,lack of professional teachers,limited high-quality resources,and lagging training concepts.This study,from the perspective of“competition and teaching integration,”explores a“one goal,two types,four integrations”model of innovation and entrepreneurship education that meets the needs of the“new agricultural science”in agricultural colleges and universities.The core ob-jective is to cultivate new-era talents who understand and appreciate agriculture and are equipped with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities.Establishing a stratified talent cultivation system with two types:elite innovative and compound applied talents.These four integration paths can be refined by establishing a“dual innovation”competition-course fusion plan to enhance the curriculum,creating an integrated“dual innovation”teacher-student development team to bolster faculty resources,expanding an online-offline platform for dual innovation to promote resource sharing,and building an industry-ed-ucation-research fusion model to advance cultivation concepts.This study provides a reference and guid-ance for cultivating“new agricultural science”talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and universi-ties in the new era.
