摘要
经济全球化和科技进步推动畜牧业迅猛发展,这要求兽医教育改革以培养适应行业需求的高层次应用型人才。文章分析了畜牧业对兽医人才需求的变化,以吉林大学为例探讨全日制兽医专业学位研究生教育改革,旨在构建实践选题、学校培养与企业就业“三位一体”培养模式,强化理论与实践的结合,通过校企合作提升学生的实践能力和创新精神。根据学院前期解决的三个核心问题,文章提出了六个支撑条件以保障模式的实施,即修订培养方案,加强课程教学,建设实践基地,规范导师队伍,制定毕业条件,引导学生参与企业课题。这些措施旨在建立一个有效的兽医专业学位研究生培养保障机制,以满足畜牧业对兽医专业人才的高标准需求。
Economic globalization and technological advancements have catalyzed rapid growth in the animal husbandry sector,necessitating reform in Veterinary education to cultivate high-level,applied professionals aligned with industry demands.This study analyzes the evolving requirements for Veteri-nary professionals within the livestock industry,taking Jilin University as an example to explore reforms in the education of full-time Veterinary professional degree graduate students.The goal is to establish an integrated“three-in-one”training model that encompasses practical topic selection,academic cultiva-tion,and corporate employment,thereby enhancing the integration of theory and practice and boosting students′practical skills and innovative spirit through industry-academia collaboration.Building on the three core issues previously addressed by the institution,the study proposes six supporting conditions to ensure the implementation of this model,which include revising training programs,strengthening curric-ulum instruction,developing practical training bases,standardizing the mentor team,establishing gradua-tion requirements,and encouraging student engagement in corporate projects.These measures are de-signed to establish an effective training safeguard mechanism for Veterinary professional degree gradu-ate students,meeting the high standards of the livestock industry for Veterinary professionals.
